You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account profile is accurate and up to date at all times. Incorrect names, phone numbers, or banking details may delay or prevent the processing of your withdrawals. mib8 will not be liable for any payment delays or failures resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information.

Once a bet has been confirmed by the mib8 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by players unless the Cash Out feature is available and used before the match or game concludes. mib8 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.
For Sports Betting, the results used are the official results issued by the relevant governing body. For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other football matches — the result at full time (90 minutes) applies unless the specific market involves extra time or penalties as stated. For Live Casino games and slots, the result displayed on screen is final.
In the event of a technical disruption, software error, or connectivity issue while a game or bet is being processed, mib8 will endeavour to resolve the situation in the fairest manner possible in accordance with platform policy. In cases where the correct outcome cannot be determined, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned.
Bets placed on matches that are subsequently postponed or cancelled will be fully refunded, unless the match resumes and concludes within 24 hours of the original bet being placed. Mib8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, or instructions from the relevant authorities.
Accounts that show no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive accounts. mib8 reserves the right to impose an inactive account maintenance fee of RM 10 per month or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) until the account is reactivated or terminated.

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of Malaysia.
